Hi fellow citizens of Planet Earth
I have very kindly been offered another 2 days grace by 2 very
wonderful people as a result of all those bloggers who got the
word out there against the odds concerning Google filtering
as well as manipulations on Face book. 
This is really helpful as I have just got some great news that
Jennifer Schweppes from Limerick University is actually 
looking into my case.
I have been trying to contact her by phone as I have not 
received any info, She is a very busy lady.  Interestingly my 
new phone sim card which is Irish is now being played with by 
someone or it is with the support of the Irish Phone companies
my laptop has developed interesting problems and different 
wireless networks are trying to overide the hotel one. 
Particularly 
BUS Eirean Free  Wi Fi  
I have been trying to phone limerick University for the 
last three days. I thought the time it rang was a bit short
and I thought that was normal. I got no answer and thought
they were all on holiday. However today I thought to keep 
trying as I was getting suspicious. 
The phone eventually stopped connecting all together and i 
got really suspicious. having showed the problem to the staff 
and all the punters in the bar in the hotel. I stopped ringing
for a while then tried again. I got through within 2 rings.
I asked them if the phone line was manned after 9.00 am and 
they replied it was. So someone had been blocking my calls 
realtime. I am so honoured at this as I just thought I was 
a small time blogger.
The news was good. The staff in the main office were aware of 
my case immediately. And they said Jennifer was busy but was 
looking into my case. 
Other issues concerning Jennifer and emails etc are that my 
blog partner Christina Mac Phearson (not real name) had tried 
to email her but the email was returned. after we discussed 
this however and i asked her to exactly describe the problem  
she tried again and got through. The UK JTRIG crowd like to 
be subtle and involve only one person. They realise that I 
am documenting incidents on my  camera etc.
As I write this wordpress is also playing up. :/ and my 
keyboard has swapped letters for numbers (lucky I have a spare 
wireless keypad :)  phew!
I contacted James Nix of the Irish environment ministry
Yesterday (An Taisce) and offered information concerning the UK 
pollution of NO2 caused  by mox fuel rod processing and
decommissioning processes that cause NO2 poisoning.
An Taisce are also taking the UK to court over safety issue
concerning plans for Hinkley nuclear power plant expansion
plans with their Chinese friends.
When I was in London recently, I used my friends phone in 
London to call Dr Chris Busby where I discussed this, My friends 
phone was disconnected for 24 hours because I mentioned this 
issue on the phone to Chris.
So whilst the nasty, so called, "Muslim extremists" are not being 
watched, I appear to be. I suppose this is not surprising
as the UK pays their wages (according to conspirators ).
It is so hard at the moment to stop them accessing my computer 
as they keep trying to get in and i have to keep disconnecting
the little buggers..
I have loads more info stacking up on JTRIG hacking in ireland
but will have to find a different computer and network
on which to write it.

I am posting this information in case I have an "accident"
and to document it for my case for an express Irish Passport
without the need for "Habitual Residence".
 
As an aside I am unlikely to get refugee status because the 
UK is not deemed to have broken its Human Rights Agreements
 with the European Union. This needs to change if
Journalists, Bloggers and Activists who live around the globe 
are not to be sidelined and attacked with impunity.

I used to live in Limerick when i was younger.
JTRIG are aware of my financial situation are trying to stop
me getting help before I have to leave the hotel where there
are witness`s. This might explain me being stopped to contact
Jennifer Schweppes.
 
I am moving quickly now and my Handler probably has 
to get permission for the various options open to them.
This gives me a fighting chance to prove what is happening to
myself and others.
Obviously this is only a posit based on the limited 
information that I have gleaned from Mr Edward Snowdens 
revelations. 
Thank you Edward for giving me some tools to 
fight back. Thank you Edward for giving us all tools to fight 
back against this insidious attack on all our freedoms.

Arclights last Stand! A plea for help!

This is a bit odd! I have, like Mari Takenouchi and many others been on the receiving end of the UK`s NDEU squad or whoever is hacking me and forcing me to adapt to these various attacks over the last 2 years especially.

It is likely that your children will have to get used to this sort of thing but i am a bit old fashioned and thought that the west was all about democrasy, free speech and equal opportunities and I actually generally thought that until Fukushima had three meltdowns and the lives of the local people were put at risk.

The deeper I dug the more horrified I became at what was happening and what was being covered up.

So in summary, with out all the paranoid bullshit here are the facts.

I was earning over 30,00 Euros driving a motorbike when Fukushima melted down and here is the situation that got me there

I was given a social housing home with a lovely garden that I developed out of a mudball whilst I worked mainly voluntarily at numerous social  projects for numerous communities and groups in London whilst i brought up my children as a single parent. The housing was given to me for my tremendous efforts in the Richmond and Kingston areas, I even submitted a report that started a voluntary group that was submitted to the government and was excepted.

I did this for about 10 years but run up debts. After my children had left home I decided to work hard and clear these debts. I paid my taxes and worked long hours and just as i had only 2 years to clear all debts i was attacked from all sides and lost my home, my job and friends were attacked.

I left the UK after the new definition of the secrets act meant that it was possible that information i had legally gleaned in the past might be made illegal retroactively from the 2nd April 2014.

It would appear that in Ireland I am safer but it has few suitable jobs and i have, today run out of money. Tomorrow I will have to leave the hotel i am living in and will become a vagrant. This means if I am caught by the Gardai I will likely be deported back to the UK where the best that will happen there is the attacks that happened before and the utter isolation that i had to deal with over this past year.

So i will make this simple plea to those who know my worth as a researcher and serious pain in the arse to corporations everywhere.

I have asked the Hotel to accept credit card payments of 35 Euros per day starting from tomorrow at 9 am GMT until 12,oo pm.

3 hours window for you guys and gals to keep me  with a roof over my head, one meal a day and a wireless internet connection to maintain the blogging.

I have requested help from a number of sources and as of today I have had a negative result from all avenues of employment, legal and human rights support. my friends have given all they can as they are struggling like everyone else.

I have no bank account and only need the roof over my head to continue  with harassing the nuclear corporations and their military banking friends.

In fact I think I am just getting the hang of it. I hope you agree.

How to Spin a radioactive bird during Chernobyl rememberance day using Google and Sciencedaily.com

Concerning the article authored by Science Daily;
Chernobyl’s birds adapting to ionizing radiation

The article begins with Summary:

“Birds in the exclusion zone around Chernobyl are adapting to — and may
even be benefiting from — long-term exposure to radiation, ecologists
have found. The study is the first evidence that wild animals adapt to
ionizing radiation, and the first to show that birds which produce most
pheomelanin, a pigment in feathers, have greatest problems coping with
radiation exposure.”

This is a fair comment from Dr Galvan also.

One could claim that the readers attention span will pick up on the
this paragraph but if they read further key words such as “We found the
opposite” in paragraph 2. Once again a fair quote to the facts.

Then “limited to humans, two bird species and one species of fish” and “Laboratory experiments have shown that humans and other animals can adapt to radiation” at the 4th paragraph.

on the 5th paragraph a quick admission of harm to humans.. but this phrase
is inserted ” this limited data”

On the 8th paragraph a very interesting comment on a new Novel way to analyse data and one that should be used in humans instead of the statistical averages used by UNSCEAR and the ICRP..

“The method focuses the analysis on individual birds instead of species averages, making it a much more sensitive way to analyze biochemical responses to radiation.

The author of the Science Daily article (not named) seemed to put the copy together in such a way as for it to give the positive aspects of the report in regard to the effects of ionising radiation whilst the more negative aspects are not clearly defined for the reader. Adding the studies briefly quoted in the main report by Galvan et al.

Also as social media catches the top of articles and many people scan quickly to get the general idea as opposed to reading the whole article thoroughly, one might get the impression that studies showing deleterious effects on humans are old whilst the new studies actually show benefit.

The negative effects on humans are mentioned briefly and there is no mention of effects that Chernobyl Children International have found on the ground and still ongoing. I also find that the article being brought out on the eve of the disaster was in bad taste but also quite clever as the google search engines that are highly filtered in countries like Ireland would pick this up instead of this;

Of course these brief references (from the full report by Galvan et al.)to the new found positive effects on humans, are correct and have even been supported by Dr Chris Busby but they are taken out of context in my opinion. I contacted Tim Mousseau and he very kindly wrote back to me a clarification of the study. I tried to find Dr Ismael Galvans email and Dr Anders Moller very kindly sent it to me but not before I got Dr Timothy Mousseau`s comprehensive and clearly put reply first;

Hopefully there will be some more comprehensive coverage of this latest
paper that includes some discussion of the broader picture that includes
the context for how such “positive” responses have evolved and how they
are not unexpected given the intensity of “unnatural” selection (i.e.
Negative effects) imposed by the radioactive contaminants in the area.

Let me start by saying the Dr. Galvan is a very bright and hard working
young biologist whose scientific credentials are impeccable, in fact
beyond excellent. Through his hard work he has managed to find these novel
and potentially very important responses in natural populations that have
never been seen before. His credentials are beyond reproach in every way
and we are very grateful for his very significant contributions to this
evolving study of wildlife in Chernobyl and Fukushima. My only regret is
that we don’t have the resources to find more creative, bright, hard
working young biologists like him to help us with these studies.

Below are some quotes that I am sharing related to the current study on
adaptation that puts things into an evolutionary context:

“Our previous studies in Chernobyl show a wide array of negative
consequences of exposure to radiation for most species. However, the
species that are remaining appear to have either evolved or are
pre-adapted to the contaminants through increased allocation of
antioxidants as a defence against the radiation. Some of these birds even
show reduced levels of genetic damage in areas of intermediate
contamination perhaps reflecting an effect of acclimation to the
radiation. It remains to be shown experimentally whether all birds show
such a response, or just the ones that are surviving under these hazardous
conditions.

The Tenacious Mari Takenouchi takes on JTRIG and TEMPORA and the Japanese secret service?

“….In the summer of 2012, when Takenouchi started to raise her voice against Fukushima ETHOS on twitter, a suspicious man appeared in her neighborhood and picked up Takenouchi’s then 2 year old boy. I reported this incident to the local police…..”

Mari Takenouchi has been under attack from JTRIG and its five eyes network. The reason I say this is because of the methods that have been deployed against her.
Firstly, I have to explain the methodology of JTRIG UK and the five eyes network and how they connect to Japan.

There is plenty of evidence that lets us know that the UK USA and Japan have homogenised their security systems;
1 The geo political manipulations aimed at China and Russia where a heavily militarised Japan with dozens of US military bases and the recent RUSI conference announcing confirmation of a Japan-UK military joint effort aimed at sending a clear message to Japan.

2 The decision of both Japan and the UK to redefine a new version of the secrets act to be brought in (coincidental) in March/April 2104 which is supported by global trade agreements being discussed in private that include the heavy censoring of the INTERNET by use of copyright laws and creating a two tier INTERNET system (to be fully implemented in the very near future)

Thanks to the revelations of various whistle blowers including Edward Snowden we can begin to see how the INTERNET has been manipulated by JTRIG using the five eyes security arrangement that encompasses The UK, USA, New Zealand, Canada and Australia.

In fact this blog has been under attack from the Australian section of five eyes and we have even been contacted by an anonymous source that allowed us to find out the actual social media campaign company that was used to overload Christina Mac Phearson with multiple tweets, insults and the types of attacks mentioned in the released JTRIG training manual.

This brings me nicely on to Mari Takenouchis case that I have been closely observing and trying to document and reveal for the JTRIG Psy Ops attack that is was.
When I heard of Maris case I wondered best how to tackle it and gain information. I decided that I would go with the advice she received, which was to make public the insults and threats made against her and highlight the more gruesome aspects of this campaign, whilst highlighting the fact that she was a single parent and a caring soul.

The tact that I took which was helped by a recent Reporters Without Borders article seemd to stop much of the aggressive tweets against her. This was to be expected if the tweeters were “sockpuppets” controlled from a central source. But this could be construed as coincidental and I needed further proof that there was a single point of decision making behind these attacks such as might be expected from a secretive and subtle group like JTRIG.

Looking into the JTRIG manual, techniques such as using “Target Templating methodology”, where JTRIG where the target is analysed to see how they connect to the INTERNET and use these forms of attack;
Destroy, Deny, Degrade, Deceive, Disrupt, Protect.
All these terms are part of the larger operation and in the case of Mari Takenouchi we see these techniques as part of a psy ops operation happening over a period of years.
So, Mari has had to block 3,000 twitter accounts in recent years, Her emails have been tampered with in novel ways that are described nicely in the JTRIG training manual using the technology against her. Her twitter accounts have been closed when she has needed them to provide evidence to law enforcement officials and other, then later switched back on when it was of no use to her as evidence. The nature of these attacks has been designed to frighten her and in fact it is likely it had the effect also of encouraging real people such as has been described in my earlier posts, gleaned from Mari`s web blog, to tweet foul things which might actually have had the unintended consequence of helping Mari as she could actually fight back.

Other ways of attacking Mari that can be seen in other high profile cases such as the attacks on Chris Busby by George Monbiot and George Galloway by the Daily Mail are to use high profile people/organisations to degrade the personality and therefore reduce the support of the cause that the target is supporting.

1,500 Children likely to develop heart problems on a yearly basis- Effects of the Fukushima nuclear disaster – banned by Face Book?

 This is a defect in the heart of children caused by radiation from Chernobyl, and it causes physical holes in the heart of the child, along with a host of other issues.

In an attempt to work out the possible figures of children that will be born annually in Japan with birth defects,  I have used the figures below to make an estimation of the likely impact. Based on figures from Chernobyl from Yablakov (2010) of 8, 300, 000 against a similar area in Fukushima Prefecture and the NW Myiagi prefecture (ACRO France) with a population living in contaminated areas of under 2, 500, 000.  The figures seem to point to 1,500 children a year are likely to be born in future years with birth defects.

There is obviously some dispute as to the figures and areas of contamination. Also, the contamination in the mountains is likely to hit cities like Koriyama that are downhill of this unknown and untested for contamination. there are also some small issues with the population statistics though they seem about right to me.

Japan has no free health services and I would recommend that people not conceive in such a a place and subject their unborn Fetus to the high levels of Gamma radiation. Thanks to local initiatives food contamination is presently being contained mainly but as time goes on, like in Belarus etc, testing becomes lax. So evacuation is a good idea for young people wanting to raise a family. The issue of contaminated food is an international one that needs independent analysis to ascertain the depths of the problem and the IAEA and WHO are not up to the job because they have a nuclear bias.  The quotes and links follow for you to decide if I am right or not;

Dr Wertelecki reminds us that there are many causes of birth abnormalities. One well recognised cause is foetal alcohol syndrome, due to alcoholism in the mother. However, the program did in fact research this question. 6 universities joined it in a  very well funded and thorough study of pregnant women. It showed that in this Northern area, alcohol use among pregnant women is statistically less than in the Ukraine in general. . Alcohol does not explain the birth abnormalities. Radiation is the obvious major cause.

The contamination is very large and comparable to the environment of Chernobyl.
The Maeda field of Iitate-mura is the most contaminated place.
Iodine contamination is the largest and it is better to evacuate the population.
On the long time range, cesium 137 is the most worrying element because it has a half-life of 30 years.

Regarding the results expressed in Bq/kg of soil, most of them are higher than the limit fixed by the Japanese authorities at 5 000 Bq/kg for agriculture. Rice cannot be cultivated.

The data expressed in Bq/m² can be compared to the definition of the zones in Belorussia after the Chernobyl disaster (law of 1991) :
185 000 – 555 000 Bq/m²: migration allowed

Food contamination is likely to be the adding to the heart problems of radiation causing heart defects as UNSCEAR has claimed that 50 percent of the food is likely to be contaminated and that is why they set 100 bq/Kg limit as opposed the the European standard of 1250 Bq/Kg (Codex Alimentarius food “safety” standards). As an aside, food and beverage from Japan is NOT checked at USA and European Ports as it is presumed to be checked by the Japanese Authorities.

According to Alternatyva leader Aleh Korban, the detentions are primarily related to the forthcoming Chernobyl Way demonstration.

Maksim Viniarski, activist of the European Belarus opposition movement, was sentenced last evening to 12 days of arrest by the Court of Minsk’s Frunzenski district.

During the trial, an ambulance was called, who said Maksim had to go to hospital because of tonsillitis. However, the police opposed and said he would go to the detention center in Akrestsin Street. In response, Maksim Viniarski declared a dry hunger strike.

Maksim Viniarski was detained by police when leaving the Korona shopping mall in Minsk. The police officers said the activist looked like a criminal.

At the police station he was charged with disobeying police officers.

Coordinator of the European Belarus movement, Maksim Viniarski, who was recently released after a 15-day arrest, said that before the release a police officer offered him to leave the city during the forthcoming Ice Hockey World Championship.

In response to this warning, Viniarski told human rights defenders that he might be detained to be preventively isolated because of his socio-political beliefs.

Local authorities in Vitsebsk, Navapolatsk and Hrodan have banned a number of awareness-raising pickets, scheduled for April 26 to mark the anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster. According to the officials, the organizers failed to submit an appropriate application.

Four representatives of the political party Belarusian Popular Front in Vitsebsk sent a request to the administration of the Chyhunachny district to hold a picket in the local park. However, the bid was rejected, as the applicants failed to attach copies of the contracts as required by the City Executive Committee’s decision. It says that the organizers must sign contracts with the police, public utilities and health care departments. But these services refuse to enter into contracts with the activists. So the activists requested that the authorities did not pay attention to the decision of the Vitsebsk City Executive Committee, but were directly guided by the Law “On Mass Events” and the Constitution. They say that the decision actually makes it impossible to exercise people’s rights to freedom of expression and peaceful assembly. Over the past five years, not a single opposition activist has managed to sign agreements required by the Vitsebsk executive officials.

In Hrodna, members of the local Belarusian Popular Front’s office have also received from the executive committee official bans on conducting awareness-raising pickets, scheduled for April 26 to mark the anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster.

Human rights defenders have received information about possible provocations against opposition activists and their preventive detention ahead of the forthcoming Ice Hockey World Championship, due to open on 9 May. This was confirmed by the coordinator of the European Belarus movement Maksim Viniarski, who was recently released after a 15-day arrest.

According to HRC “Viasna” website, he said that before his release he was offered to temporarily leave the capital. A police officer told him that if he considered himself a reasonable person, he should realize that he had but two options: either to leave Belarus or to go to the country for some time (referring to the time of the Ice Hockey World Championship). Because “the issue with everyone” will be resolved anyway, the detention center employee warned the activist.

In response to this warning, Viniarski said that he did not use drugs, used foul language, was not prone to misbehavior, and so his possible arrest should be regarded as preventive isolation because of his political beliefs.

Maksim Viniarski also says that many administrative detainees held under Articles 17.1 (hooliganism) and 17.3 (appearing drunk in a public place) of the Administrative Code will be sent to active therapy centers.

Thus, the authorities of Minsk are preparing a total cleansing of unwanted persons who may in any way mar the image of Belarus among numerous foreign guests expected during the event.

The Marshall Islands is suing the nine countries with nuclear weapons at the international court of justice at The Hague, arguing they have violated their legal obligation to disarm.

In the unprecedented legal action, comprising nine separate cases brought before the ICJ on Thursday, the Republic of the Marshall Islands accuses the nuclear weapons states of a “flagrant denial of human justice”. It argues it is justified in taking the action because of the harm it suffered as a result of the nuclear arms race.

The Pacific chain of islands, including Bikini Atoll and Enewetak, was the site of 67 nuclear tests from 1946 to 1958, including the “Bravo shot”, a 15-megaton device equivalent to a thousand Hiroshima blasts, detonated in 1954. The Marshallese islanders say they have been suffering serious health and environmental effects ever since.

The island republic is suing the five “established” nuclear weapons states recognised in the 1968 nuclear non-proliferation treaty (NPT) – the US, Russia (which inherited the Soviet arsenal), China, France and the UK – as well as the three countries outside the NPT who have declared nuclear arsenals – India, Pakistan and North Korea, and the one undeclared nuclear weapons state, Israel.

The

NPT, which came into force in 1970 is essentially a compact between the non-weapon states, who pledged to not to acquire nuclear weapons, and the weapons states, who in return undertook to disarm under article VI of the treaty.

Although the size of the arsenals are sharply down from the height of the cold war, the Marshall Islands’ legal case notes there remain more than 17,000 warheads in existence, 16,000 of them owned by Russia and the US – enough to destroy all life on the planet.

“The long delay in fulfilling the obligations enshrined in article VI of the NPT constitutes a flagrant denial of human justice,” the court documents say.

The Marshall Islands case draws attention to the fact that the weapons states are currently in the process of modernising their nuclear weapons, which it portrays as a clear violation of the NPT.

The case against Britain, which has an estimated total inventory of 225 warheads and is in the process of replacing its submarine-launched Trident arsenal, states that: “The UK has not pursued in good faith negotiations to cease the nuclear arms race at an early date through comprehensive nuclear disarmament or other measures, and instead is taking actions to improve its nuclear weapons system and to maintain it for the indefinite future.”

The Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament’s general secretary, Kate Hudson, said: “The nuclear-armed states continue to peddle the myth that they are committed to multilateral disarmament initiatives, while squandering billions to modernise their nuclear arsenals. The UK government’s plans to replace Trident make a mockery of its professed belief in multilateral frameworks – and now in addition to huge public opposition in the UK, it will also face an international legal challenge to expose its hypocrisy.”

On April 15, a foreign reporter tried to interview ETHOS leader Ms. Ryoko Ando, who quickly hung up the phone after she said,

“This is a threat! I will expose your name!”
The reporter had managed to tell Ms. Ando,
“This is a good chance for you to tell people the story from your side.”
She was a gentle female foreign reporter who could speak good Japanese and had already contacted Ms. Ando via FAX and e-mail prior to this telephone call. This was told to Mari by the foreign reporter.
Earlier in the year, Mari received a telephone call notifying her that the leader of Fukushima ETHOS Ms. Ryoko Ando (real name is Yoko Kamata) had filed a legal complaint against her.

The Ethos program supports relocation of residents, including pregnant women and children, to keep living in contaminated areas, justified by decontamination procedures and radiation measurements, and is likely contributing to sickness among majority of the children. This was program was previously conducted in Belarus and now in Fukushima prefecture and is funded by pro-nuclear institutions.

Aside from receiving threats as the foreign reporter above has, she has received support concerning other litigation against her, here is a recent comment from a lawyer to Mari;
“This case comes under the violation of Article 21, Freedom of Speech. Except that the word “Criminal” was too strong, your words came from a sense of justice to protect countless numbers of children. If this case was indicted, it would be a chance for you to publicise this issue to the rest of society.”
“Probably the reason why the accuser used “criminal contempt” instead of “”defamation of character” is that the latter has the stipulation saying, “If the case is involved for the public benefit, the accused shall not be punished.”
“However, the legal defense would be the same in both case, especially If you can explain that you are trying to prevent massive health damages among the children in the future that no one has been done thus far.”
Here is some other comments on this issue from the parties involved;

“It is important to establish your own standard of radiation safety to achieve your true sense of security.”
To which Mari commented that she really did not understand what Ms Ryko was trying to say. Mari`s simple point is that children should be relocated away from Fukushima because it is dangerous for them to live there and this is a simple truth!
