Swedish deleted sensitive radation data? This is an Update of the story.. I sent an email to via STUK and they promptly deleted the data from EURDEP and did not respond to the email yet.. Extra information on this post UPDATED
The spike that was recorded on the top right graph registered at 0.8 mcSv/h but there were gaps in the record as you can see for the days previous to that. This is indicative, I believe, of higher spikes that have been covered up by the IAEA in Germany who have access to the EURDEP main frame.
The graph on the bottom right is a reading from Finland that has a gap that hides another peak a couple of days ago.
“but the more human we get the less spiritual we get and the less connectivity we have to the planet; and the more we start to think we depend more on nuclear energy and oil then we don’t actually realise we serve the planet, we have no where to use these things and we wont have an existence, so we need to start being aware that the actual planet is a living being that produces life, constantly every year she gives us more ” – G. Smith 2016
First we decided to talk about the issue of the surveillance state and possible impacts to confidentiality issues with clairvoyants, counsellors and healers in the spiritualist community
He began by saying that he would not do a reading on the phone due to possible surveillance on such devices. He also said that even in his work he would not hold on to any information in his mind as he feels that honour requires that the messages he gives are to the individual concerned and not his business. He is only giving a message to the bereaved from the spirit world and his role in this is only temporary.
He also mentioned mediums who are trying to find Maddie McCann and he thought that such a reading would be only justified if the parents themselves asked for such a reading. Underpinning the personal nature of communication with Spirit and loved ones who are trying to contact them. He also said that using such gifts without such a personal connection was not correct.
“people doing it for their own end , which is non spiritual, when people are using that information to further their own career or gain money or in this day and age with the technical side where they are grabbing everyone’s information, how spirit would have a say on that, I don’t know, but I think it would be down to the individual and your conscience as how it would be , is it right or is it not? Part of my practice as a medium is to be self aware, so being self aware tells you , that doesn’t feel right to share that stuff or to nick somebodies information”
“In such a sensitive case I would never want to go near that case (Maddie McCann) unless the parents themselves asked , once again it comes back down to their willingness or their need if they felt that was an option then i would have a go to try and help the family.”
He then said that other people who contact the police are wrong and the information is a load of rubbish. And they mislead the police .
“Its a wrong thing to try and tune into to somebodies life because thats intrusive, if someone doesn’t ask for a reading then no one should be volunteering information to them”
I mentioned that the fact that there was no success from mediums who have tried that might point to the fact that the spirit world would not allow such a thing. Gordon then went on to say that;
“They absolutely wouldn’t and one of the reasons I say that, is I have worked on many cases like the the Maddie McCann case and some I have got absolutely nothing Shaun and that tells me spirit are not willing to give up information .” … “ sometimes I would get very accurate information to help the situation and other times you get absolutely nothing” … “ sadly for the Maddie case I was asked by people to do it and not by the family, and to me, as long as they have nothing from a medium that their kid is not any longer living in this world, then they still have hope, and who is anybody to take that away without being asked? I think that is quite a horrible thing”
Gordons new book is on the bereavement of siblings and was sourced from childrens hospices. The book is aimed at children but has been well received by adults who have had previews. It is an emotional roller coaster of a read.
Jimmy then brought the issue that Gordon was talking about everyone having a six sense. He mentions the psychological longing people have for a lost one but says there is a difference when a person has an other worldly experience. Such as vivid dreams where a hand is touched and felt or similar strong associations. Gordon believes that this type of dream is likely to be a spiritual connection and synchronicity incidents in waking life could also be from spirit also. He does say that the sixth sense is very misunderstood because people try to use this sense constantly and think spirit can solve all their problems which would be against natural law. He also points out that man has always tried to contact his ancestors since man has been on this planet.
Jimmy points out that some people seem to go mad and immerse themselves in the occult. Gordon replied that the first thing he does when teaching the subject is to take the mysticism out of mediumship and points out to his students that the mind can draw them into an unreal world and he encourages them to stay grounded and to stay in the real world. He points out that if you stay in the lower thinking mind that that is where you would find hauntings and things like that.
“ There is no such thing as a haunted house guys, there are only haunted people” he said.
Gordon said that formal spiritualists churches grade and vet the prospective mediums and healers and that they are in safe grounded environments.
“there is nothing to fear but fear its self”
Gordon and the Scientists
We then discuss Gordons interaction with scientists, specifically Prof. Archie Roy from Glasgow University who wrote some papers on Gordons unique abilities and the renowned sceptic Prof Chris French from Goldsmiths University London. Gordon then goes on to say that he has been around scientists from a young age and Archie Roy was his sons lecturer and this has helped his perception on how the spirit world connects with ours. He goes on to say that the spirit world will be proven through science in the same way that radiation can be seen with “a Geiger counter”.
From his experience he feels different atmospheres or energies and he thinks that these will be able to be analysed and then goes on to recount a recent experiment with technology that is used for prosthetic limbs where a researcher hooked himself up to a computer and was able to project into the computer his thoughts. On the issue of religion he said that;
“Romanticism or feelings can kill fact” and therefore the scientific method is how the physical evidence will be generated.
“I would in my lifetime love to see something factual that is recorded through science.”
On healing Gordon mentions that healing is very regulated. He mentions healers in the past who could literally see into the body, but today he said that there are so many healers that it is heavily regulated and monitored and he said that where there are natural healers born to it, that he hoped that these healers would be tested and real data gathered as to the abilities they have such a diagnosis. Some blind tests on natural healers that have been done have shown some promise.
We then go onto restrictions with psychics in Europe and Gordon thinks that these are really aimed at unregulated phone line psychics, magazine psychics and didn’t effect professional organisations in Europe.
“I was offered 8 million dollars to do phone lines in America, 8 million dollars! To take phone calls, use my name and my face as the clairvoyant you can phone .. but its not ethical”
He goes on to say that only a few of the mediums that take part in that business are actually genuine. He then said that in the UK the witchcraft act was changed to the fraudulent mediums act and by inference that met there was genuine mediums. A new law (the consumer protection act) that was brought in dampened that inference down though. He said that it doesn’t matter if you are a genuine medium . He also says that many of his colleagues work for the churches for free allowing donations or charges to go to the churches and organisations to keep them going.
Darren Brown debunking fraudulent mediums
On Darren brown setting up readings using body language, pre researching sitters and other psychological techniques Gordon said that he was happy that Darren was showing how fraudulent mediums might work but real mediums can give information not readily available on the internet or by other techniques. Gordon said that to find a good reliable medium that they can be sourced in spiritualists churches or by using the internet with reliable sources.
Environment
Jimmy brings up issues around the Fukushima disaster and the BP oil spill as well as general damage that man is doing to the planet. Gordon mentions that humans have become more technical and have moved away from their spiritual values ..
“We are bleeding the planet of its oil, its blood if you like”
He said that man will live with the effects that he has caused himself and the rights and wrongs of it will come out.
“but the more human we get the less spiritual we get and the less connectivity we have to the planet; and the more we start to think we depend more on nuclear energy and oil then we don’t actually realise we serve the planet, we have no where to use these things and we wont have an existence, so we need to start being aware that the actual planet is a living being that produces life, constantly every year she gives us more ”
He goes on to say that the fear of losing things we are comfortable with (especially with the younger generation) and general fear of our situation may be the trigger that helps us to change because that fear the planet feels for the damage caused is feeding back to us all.. He talks about Karma for those that are responsible also.
Gordon on activism
Gordon says that we “should wake up and smell the karma” and thinks that activists are doing a good thing and are compassionate but they are at risk because
“The powers that be are not ready to tell the public what is really going on”
On Gay rights .
Gordon thinks that in the UK and Scotland the battle is largely won and in 10 years this will be a non issue and that the real battles were fought and won in the 1950`s 60`s and 70`s . Some work needs to be though in terms of civil partnership and law.
London Spiritualism Mission
On the changing face of UK spiritualism. He sees that the Christian church model format is a bit old fashioned for modern people. And he rates the teaching classes as a good way forward teaching the helping with others and learning counselling to support damaged people better. There is a cry for change and Gordon said that this would happening naturally. His church in Pembridge has an eclectic mix with a wide range of cultures and is popular.
Gordon and the media
Alot of journalists have interviewed Gordon and they initially approach him with some scepticism but as they see how he works (the quality of his readings) and his natural pleasant personality they all seemed to leave with a better view on his work.
Otsu(Japan) District Court issued a decision of provisional disposition order a stop of operation for
Takahama Nuclear Power Station Unit 3 and Unit 4 in Fukui Prefecture
Takahamagenpatsu Units 3 and 4 operation command stop temporary injunction decision O’clock March 9 19 34 minutes Takahamagenpatsu Units 3 and 4 operation command stop temporary injunction decision For Takahama Nuclear Power Station Unit 3 and Unit 4 in Fukui Prefecture, Otsu District Court, as “I fear that residents of life and property is threatened is higher, Kansai Electric Power is not doing explained ensure the safety” for the first time against the nuclear power plant in operation, it issued a decision of provisional disposition order a stop of operation. Kansai Electric Power Co. has decided to lodge an objection, but no longer must be stopped as soon as possible reactor by this decision. The Kansai Electric Power Co., Takahamagenpatsu Unit 3 and Unit 4 in Fukui Prefecture, Shiga Prefecture of 29 inhabitants, last January before the re-operation, had filed a provisional disposition to seek the suspension of operation. For this, Yoshihiko presiding judge Yamamoto of Otsu District Court on March 9, issued a decision to call a halt of Unit 3 and Unit 4 of the operation. Determining fault of investigation, “Kansai Electric Power Co. has made in the vicinity of the nuclear power plant is in, after not been thoroughly carried out in all of the neighborhood, there is no scientifically objection small sample method for evaluating the maximum of the shaking of an earthquake He pointed out that can not be considered “a way. Residents that questions remain about the evacuation plan, Kansai Electric Power Co. for ensuring the safety of the description as doing is not “, it issued a decision to call a halt of Unit 3 and Unit 4 of the operation. Decision further, “in order to avoid seriously size (gentleman) to face the same kind of an accident of the Fukushima accident, but essential to carry out the investigation of the cause thoroughly, is the company’s explanation of this point not enough. I pointed out that the very feel anxiety, “if this is the attitude that does not focus on the cause of investigation, such as a company. Kansai Electric Power Co., which is a policy challenge to seek the cancellation of the decision of the 9th, provisional disposition is no longer should immediately order to effect occurs, if not promptly stop the Unit 3 of the nuclear reactor in operation. The determination of the provisional disposition order a stop of the operation of the nuclear power plant in operation is the first time. Takahamagenpatsu is, Unit 3 in this year January, the Unit 4 in the last month, but was re-run under the new regulatory standards, in the Unit 4 reactor on September 29 three days after the re-operation is automatic trouble to stop has occurred. Sonouede, as the determination of the provisional disposition not possibly be approved, it was to clarify the policy of the appeal to the court to seek the decision of the revocation order a stop of operation. On the other hand, Kansai Electric Power Co., last month, along with the re-operation of the nuclear power plant, but had announced a policy of price cuts the electricity charges from May this year, in May at the company side, the determination of the provisional disposition at a press conference of the 9th price cut from showed a recognition that became difficult. Complex reaction to the shutdown For that Takahama decision of provisional disposition order the shutdown of the nuclear power plant Unit 3 and Unit 4 has been issued, from the residents of Fukui Prefecture Takahama was heard voice to concerns about the impact of the future. Of these, men of the 60’s, but was surprised to learn the news of the contents of the “decision, it can not be understood as the residents of the location municipality to stop a moving nuclear power plant.
It is interesting to note that the nuclear regulatory and monitoring group STUK from Finland released a press release on the 8th March 2016 after the radioactive plume had passed. and the small amount left in the air was measured and reported publicly. In the press release they deny knowledge of the source of the plume although they have access to the more comprehensive monitoring system that is not available to the public. The press release with the frightening headline is here; http://www.finlandtimes.fi/health/2016/03/08/25649/Huge-radioactive-cesium-detected-in-Helsinki . Also, they do not mention Iodine 131 that was present in similar amounts nor do they mention the types of other isotopes that their system also measures.
The real problem is for children and pregnant women near the Ringhals NPP who were under the more dense plume. Ian Fairlie proved that these releases cause leukemia in children and other scientists like Christopher Busby would claim that there would be other health effects from these dense plumes on the population affected, both adult and children. Because the plume was occurring for nearly a week, we could assume that the downwind areas might have been Denmark, Norway, and Sweden with Finland hit to a lesser degree (At least STUK did report this nuclear incident) depending on the wind directions.
Germany would normally warn locals that a release was going to happen so people would be able to move away for a day or two until the plume dissipated. As this release from Sweden went on for a week it is likely that Ringhals NPP had some problems and this might not have been a simple refuel or SCRAM situation.
On the anniversary of Fukushima, it is obvious that European nuclear interests have tried to cover this situation up. But that didnt work this time.
Say No To Nukes! Say YES to Wind Solar! Protect our children!
I have reported this extra information to the Finland Times so that they can update the story for better accuracy (2nd attempt 🙂 )
UPDATE;
Swedish cover up off nuclear accident/fault ??
just a quick update on my article on the Ringhals NPP in Sweden.. I contacted someone via the STUK site as to why the radiation monitor was showing signs of switch offs etc and i did not get a response yet but instead the data was deleted from the other nearest Gottenburg monitor Eurdep.. Hmm? They are trying to blame the Russians and probably dont want RT to get hold of this info
here is the email i sent last week ,,
Dear Mr Leppänen
Due to the recent report in the Finland Times i decided to check the EURDEP mapping system to see if the report was true or not.
I found that the report was true and decided to do due diligence and checked to see if other isotopes might be present.
Using the Tool tip function yesterday I found that there was a similar amount of Iodine 131 to cesium 137 and other isotopes such as Cs 134, Cobalt 60, Beryllium 7, Cerium 144, Tellurium 132. That was all the isotopes present I could find.
I then set Eurdep to maximum and found that the nearest monitor to Rhinghals MPP in Sweden had just had a high peak to some 0.8 mcSv/h (800 nSv/h Gamma) .. On checking further it became apparent that the monitor had had data deleted going back to December 2015.
I might also point out that the monitor showed a higher level of radiation by some 15 – 20 percent (approx) after the peak that can still be seen today. I then decided to see if any activity had been seen on any other monitors that showed activity over the last week and found some corroboration in Stavanger and List in Norway (though the Eurdep map had been disconnected for Norway for some reason i accessed more accurate files from the Radnett monitoring system direct. Also gaps in the data for today on a Latvian monitor.
Then i checked the weather reports for the previous week and found that prior to the report the wind was from the west and south and only changed to coming from the east on the day of the Finland Times article. And I might point out that they said STUK were still investigating the source of the cesium. Then the story was picked up in Cyprus and that article mentioned the wind coming from the east as a possible source of contamination and no mention of the equal quantity of Iodine 131 from either article, nor any other isotopes.
I can supply screenshots of my findings but are aware that you would have access to the non public and more detailed EURDEP mapping system.
Now the isotopes are not available on the public mapping system.
As a concerned citizen, I wonder if you could clarify the situation?
My understanding is that Rhingals NPP appears to have multiple releases, possibly over some months. The iodine 131 means that the contamination is from a working reactor and the above information i have garnered points to the longevity and direction of the contamination.
Sorry to have bothered you but it is in the public interest and following Prof Ian Fairlies Peer reviewed paper on Child leukemia in children around NPP`s caused by large spikes of condensed release gases, that this situation be looked at in the interests of transparency and as a point of public safety.
Please feel free to ask me for any further information on any of my findings or thoughts on the matter.
I look forward to your response.
Yours sincerely
Shaun McGee

Six Japanese women offer brutally honest views on the state of the clean-up, the cover-ups and untruths since the nuclear accident in Fukushima, and how it has affected their lives, homes and families.
Since the three reactors went into meltdown at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant in 2011, a broad, disparate anti-nuclear movement has developed throughout Japan. Nowhere is that more apparent, perhaps, than in Fukushima prefecture, where a group of local women boldly protest the deafening silence of the Japanese government over the worst nuclear accident of this century. Largely ignored by their own media, these brave women brush aside their cultural shyness and share their brutally honest views on the state of the cleanup, the cover-ups, the untruths and the stagnant political climate in today’s Japan. Supported with haunting footage from abandoned towns around the plant, the Women of Fukushima (“Fukushima no Onnatachi”) offers startlingly candid insights, in the women’s own voices, about what has become of their lives, homes, and families in the aftermath of 3/11.
Women of Fukushima has proudly received the following awards:
Modern ghost towns, abandoned houses, and far stretching roads lined with plastic bags of radioactive garbage have replaced the once bustling neighborhoods and cities of the Fukushima Prefecture. Formerly home to thousands, the massive release of radiation has forced residents to evacuate their beautiful homeland, leaving the land they love behind without knowing whether or not they may ever return without putting their lives at risk. Join the Fairewinds Crew and ask yourself this: With 99 operating atomic power reactors generating electricity in the U.S., what’s so different about your home, your town, your state that what happened to Fukushima couldn’t happen to you and your family?
Many Japanese and millions of Americans are currently living in the shadow of atomic reactors, plutonium reprocessing plants, and atomic waste dumps. It will be five years in March since the triple meltdown at Fukushima Daiichi began and the Japanese public and people around the world continue to search for the truth about nuclear risk and honest answers to their energy future. Fukushima@5 exposes the truth of the ongoing atomic devastation caused by the nuclear meltdown at Fukushima Daiichi.
Some thoughts on the recent Fukushima health study press conference
Bearing in mind that if Hokuto Hoshi said anything different he would have been liable to prosecution because of the Japanese Secrets Law. He did say that he could not say that the Thyroid cancers found were caused by radiation nor were they proven to be not caused by radiation @28 mins and then later @54 minutes he replied that there MIGHT be some problems with initial dose estimates…
Also, during the conference, the fact that children under 5 had no cancers was interesting and this fact was not explored. In Chernobyl we see continuing cases of thyroid cancer but no Iodine 131 present , so what is causing both the cancers in Chernobyl areas and Fukushima areas? Is it because the younger children were better protected from contamination than the school children at the time? Do Cesium isotopes cause thyroid cancer? did the school children get higher contamination eating the local food and cleaning up the school areas?
It is common for children to clean the school and serve the food in Japan and did this cultural trait cause the thyroid cancers we see?..
Also, he did say that their is a problem including children over 13 in the survey because they are over 18 and may not be included in the statistics (but no one asked him to explain this issue in detail ie no actual statistics) .. The question on the elderly was interesting as he said that the survey team did not work with elderly etc evacuees but this was left to the prefecture authorities to deal with and we know that the prefecture will not discuss any health related issues that are not mental health related. .
Towards the end of the session he mentioned that using a baseline in a clean area might cause stress for the unaffected population and therefore no such study was planned (so no baseline for the Fukushima study?? ) .. When asked if the Fukushima doctors were compromised as they just blame psychological stresses causing health effects, he said that the doctors were not compromised (even though they would face criminal prosecution if they said anything different)
Prof Tsuda`s Thyroid study was not mentioned by the press or himself, but he intimated that doctors outside the prefecture were not necessarily more reliable than the Fukushima doctors..

“…Would the investigations into the causes of the Fukushima nuclear accident and the collusive relations between coopted regulators and the utilities that compromised reactor safety have been made public under the new law?
The reason why the public and media pressured the government to enact the national Information Disclosure Law in 2001 was because similar prefectural and local ordinances had exposed extensive malfeasance by bureaucrats and their squandering of vast sums on lavish wining and dining in the 1990s….”
Aine, a 16-year-old high school girl, is a new breed of political activist. Leading a protest group of high school students, she is trying to make change happen in a country of endemic voter apathy that is feared to be drifting dangerously to the right.
Aine, who uses only her first name, formed the group, T-nsSOWL, in June last year together with other like-minded high school students. The group’s name is purported to stand for “Teens Stand up to Oppose War Law.”
The name is a reference to a set of new national security laws championed by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to pave the way for the Self-Defense Forces to play a more active role overseas, an initiative seen by some people as a breach of the war-renouncing provision of the Japanese Constitution. The laws were enacted last September.
Aine’s group organizes protest activities in the busy streets of Shibuya and Harajuku in Tokyo, which are the haunts of high school students and other young people.
During last year’s Christmas season, it staged a protest march in Harajuku. To the tune of music flowing from a truck leading the march, Ryuki, 18, another group leader who also uses only his first name, cried out rap-ish slogans like “Protect the Constitution,” “Don’t kill anybody” and “Don’t look down on the people.”
Aine was clad in her school uniform as she led the march, which was joined by around a thousand protesters. Onlookers were using smartphones to take shots of the rare sight of high school students spearheading a political protest activity. To those people, Aine called out: “We are demonstrating against the national security laws. Let’s march together.”
Aine’s family background apparently had little influence in setting her on this course of activism. She lives with her parents, who work in building-related jobs and do not bring up politics at the dinner table.
Something akin to political awareness grew within her after the Fukushima nuclear accident in 2011, which took place when she was in her last year at elementary school. She began to sense a disconnect between what politicians were saying and what was actually happening.
Huge tsunami waves triggered by the Great East Japan Earthquake damaged reactors at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power station, spreading radioactive fallout, but the government continued to downplay the health risk. Meanwhile, the areas around the doomed nuclear plant have been kept off-limits for residents, many of whom still live in makeshift homes.
“That struck me as odd,” Aine said. “There were things that were too difficult to understand, but even children could see something was wrong.”
Over the following years, Japan’s political landscape changed. The Liberal Democratic Party, which has ruled Japan for most of the postwar period, took back power from the Democratic Party of Japan, and the Abe government arrived with a national security agenda that aroused suspicions that he would take Japan away from its pacifist path.
For Aine, the defining moment came on a December day in 2014, just before the last general election. Having gone through the ordeal of a term-end examination, Aine went shopping in Shibuya with friends, before moving on to the neighborhood of the Diet building. The area had become the locus of antigovernment protest around that time, later attracting droves of people outraged at the Abe government’s attempt to railroad the national security bills through parliament despite widespread voter reservations.
On that day, more than a thousand protesters were rallying against Japan’s new secrecy law, which toughens penalties for leakers of state secrets, in front of the nearby prime minister’s official residence under the leadership of a students’ group which would later evolve into SEALDs, a major protest movement against the new security legislation. Despite the intensity of such protest activities, voter indifference remained a problem, with the turnout at the general election falling to a record low of 52 percent.
Inspired by her experience of the protests around the Diet, Aine started to join protest rallies, and she got to know other students who would later become her allies in T-nsSOWL.
Aine said she did not feel uneasy, as a typical Japanese would do, about joining marches and rallies as a means to express protest. There is nothing special about ordinary people participating in such activities, she said, citing the kind of epoch-making popular movements that are taken up by history textbooks.
Talking about the history of her protest activities, Aine named a string of political events on which she has kept tabs. Among them were the landslide victory of Abe’s LDP in the 2014 general election, Abe’s visit to the United States to cement ties with Japan’s major military ally, and the hustle and bustle over the deliberation and enactment of the national security bills.
Aine’s group has now around 70 members, including 35 in the Kanto region that includes Tokyo. For her, talking with the group’s members about politics, war and peace is a valuable experience that can’t be gained in the classroom.
She is also hoping that her group’s activities will inject a breath of fresh air and a dose of energy into Japanese politics by shaking the business-as-usual mindset of politicians and by helping to nudge voters to the polls. “If high school students show interest in politics and go as far as to join demonstration activities, that will keep politicians on their toes and have an impact on ordinary people as well,” she said.
In the elections to the House of Councillors, the upper chamber of parliament, scheduled for this coming summer, high school students will cast ballots for the first time in Japan as the minimum voting age is lowered from 20 to 18. Unfortunately, Aine will be one year shy of the age limit at that time. But she is “not that disappointed,” saying what she cares about most is her fight against voter apathy.
The National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) revealed that the total number of sessile species, such as barnacles and snails, has been decreasing significantly along the coast within 10 kilometers south of the Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant since the accident there in 2011.
Although the exact relevance to the accident is unclear, according to the institute’s analysis there is the possibility that the mass death of sessile species was influenced by radioactive materials released into the sea.
The NIES gathered sessile species attached to tetrapods from seven survey points 50 centimeters square within the limits in Fukushima, Miyagi and Ibaraki prefectures in May and June 2013. Four of the survey points are located in Fukushima Prefecture. The institute then investigated species numbers among other details.
Concerning the survey points in Fukushima, the numbers at the two sites south of the power plant were much lower than the numbers at the two northern sites. Extrapolated into one square meter, 2,864 sessile creatures were confirmed at the survey point in Okuma, which is 1.2 kilometers south from the power plant. At the survey point in Tomioka, which is 9.5 kilometers south of the plant, 2,404 creatures were confirmed. Meanwhile, the average number of sessile creatures in the other five locations reached 18,592, with 31,728 in Minami-Soma and 5,324 in Futaba, both in Fukushima Prefecture and north of the power plant.Speech http://www.the-japan-news.com/news/article/0002732843
More on this topic in an interview a few days ago, with Tim Mousseau here;
Comparing Fukushima and Chernobyl concerning radionuclide distribution and Isotopic variations on Land and effects on the environment. New studies by Timothy Mousseu and his team.
Tim was interviewed and he gave us an overall look at the situation and compares the 2 nuclear disasters for us
Ireland stands behind the Human Rights Acts of the UN and the EU .. As well as showing compassion. A small amount of protesters were a bit agressive but out of the 1000`s they were a small minority … Well done Ireland I feel Proud to live here.. Peace not War
UPDATE ; It would appear that simplyinfo are not going to sue the blogger in question and we have agreed to move on and pursue our relevant roles and important work for these scientists and researchers .. Thank you simlyinfo team for your hard work and understanding
The beaviour recounted here in this Oped by Dun Renard by the Fukuleaks team has been noted by myself as well. It caused me to largely discount tham as a source and I promptly deleted the bookmark. I wonder what other information they are also hiding by this creeping censorship. Barrett Browns Persecuters (https://theintercept.com/staff/freebarrett_/ ) would be very pleased with their stance on copyright as would the UK Government (Julian Assange) and The USA Government (Edward Snowden) . So I suggest that he Fukuleaks team are more Corporate than caring.
I appreciate that they are doing but attacking people that promote their blogsite is like the situation that occoured recently by the Fine Brothers who tried to do a similar thing on You Tube.
A link to a responce to that can be found here (They lost 200, 000 subscribers in just a day or so after begining just a few take down notices); https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hHSn-PaaZFY
I hope that the Fukuleaks Team backs off hastling a Fukushima father and concentrates their efforts at the conspiracy to cover up the health effects of nuclear disasters.
I hope that Fukuleaks doesnt want to go down the road of the Fine Brothers for that way leads to destruction.

First I shared a short article of Fukuleaks on Radioactive Glass Nanoparticles, but Fukuleaks immediately harassed me complaining that I was infringing their copyrights and asking me to delete my article on my blog.
I told them you should be happy that I reposted your article, giving you the credits and giving your article link as the source, thus making your website more well known to those people who do not know it yet.
I cut by 60% their short article text, posting only 40% of it, as 40% sharing of an article text, if no money generating from it is considered by copyrights law as fair share and is usually tolerated.
But no it was still not enough good for them and still they pested me by email complaining, asking me to delete completely their article. I told them, what kind of antinuclear people are you, as antinuclear don’t you…

Strontium and Plutonium isotopes
“Most of the those other isotopes in are very small quantities relative to the cesium that were released – that were very different to the Chernobyl situation where huge quantities of Strontium, about equal Cesium and Strontium were released along with several isotopes of of Plutonium, The Plutonium is in the process of decaying into Americium and (that) is more radioactive than Plutonium apparent”
Strontium in Fukushima Prefecture
In Japan the the Strontium was not volatised as did Cesium and Iodine and it did not travel far (on Land) but large quantities of Strontium are still being released by the ground water at the plant and and from the cooling water leaking into the ocean.
Contamination of the Nursery areas in the deep ocean and off the coast of Japan?
On the 4th February 2016 a Press conference was held in the Foriegn Correspondents Club in Japan calling for more research funding to be done concerning the Human health effects of the Fukushima nuclear disaster and we find a similar problem faced by epidemiologists and researchers to the lack of interest and therefore funding in this area. During the interview with Timothy we touched on research funding issues in a variety of areas relevant to the nuclear disaster including the aquatic environment.
Timothy responded to a question put to him saying that only some studies have been done (to his knowledge) on the bottom feeding fish and that these fish had been found to high contamination but that very other few studies have been done. He went on to say;
“surveillance work to determine wether fish can be consumed rather than the biological impacts (and) ecological impacts of the fish themselves, this is one of the important questions and that is one of the interests we have as a group.”
He went on to say that the issues for thre authorities are that;
“Whether or not —“ The fish are below regulatory limits for export, that is the main – you know- economic driver of interest but the biological drive is almost nil as far as I can tell”
Terrestrial (land) contamination issues on wildllife, plant and micro–organisms
Of the limited research happening in this area, Tims and his team is at the forefront in developing novel and creative ways to ascertain the effects from the nuclear disaster. Usng their experience gleaned from the radiological effected areas of Chernobyl (with the help of Anders Pape Møller, CNRS, University of Paris-Sud) and applying this invaluable eperience on the highly effected areas on the mountain sides and hills sorrounding the Fukushima city to the coastal areas including Namie and IItate areas of Fukushima and some less contaminated areas for comparison studies.
These studies have resulted in some 8 to 9 primary papers on birds and Insects. Also, new research on Rodents is about to be released and cameras have been set up in various locations studying large mamals such as pigs and monkeys.
Oze National Park in southern Fukushima Prefecture and Northern Chiba Prefecture (north of Tokyo)
On the search for clean areas for comparison studies, Tim said that he was disapointed. He looked at the huge and remote Oze national Park as a possible localtion (largly situated in the Chiba Prefecture but his radiation readings were more than 10 times normal at 0.5 mcSv/h (compared to the contaminated research area with 30 – 40 and 50 mcSv/h in the hills sorrounding Fukushima City.
we talked about the effects of sediment transfer from the mountains down through the lakes and forests of Oze Park. Tim then mentioned a Typhoon he witnessed that stripped large areas of soil into the rivers and was concerned of the effects in the extensive lake system in Oze Park and the result of contamination making its way to the river outflows on the coast and effects on the fisheries. Asked as to wether any studies were being done he said that in the last year (some 5 years after the nuclear accident) many geollogists from around the world were vying for funding to commence studies in “the next year or two” studying such issues but presently;
“I don`t know of any studies being done” he said
The issue of funding was mentioned here and that the Japanese government seemed only interested in funding studies for issues around food and health issues (link to issues around health studies being grossly limited here
(courtesy of FFCJwww.youtube.com/watch?v=e58yF8zZQ9w )
Only a handful of scientists can afford to do these studies he went on to say. And I mentioned that TEPCO owned the larger share of this PNational Park. (Some findings concerning the issues and info on Oze National Park here www.opednews.com/articles/Does-Tepco-ow… )
Discussing the pros and cons of the peer review process
He said that it is always a consttant battle
“.. and I suppose its a really positive aspect of the peer review process”
On the pitfalls of the process he mentioned that for some decades finding sufficiently knowledgeable and open minded reviewers to consider “creative studies” is difficult. He went onto say that he and dis colleagues have managed to submit and have accepted some 80 papers in the last ten years concerning Chernobyl and Fukushima.
Funding issues for research and analysis
Here we discussed Ken Buesslers citizen crowd funding campaign for testing water off the west coast USA.
Tim noted that his costs come to some hundreds of thousands of dollars a year and that Kens study was very limited due to the cost of transportation of samples and costs for sampling etc. Kens was limited by the lack of funding raised concerning this campaign and pointed out that the costs are not fully covered by the monies raised.
“its a limited effort and doesnt in any way provide the level of info to address the bigger question but, that said, he has done a fabulous job with what he has got to do it”
I hen asked Tim if such a scheme might be implimented in Japan, he said
“You dont want the middle schoolers collecting radioactive dirt do you?”
Also, getting permission to work in these contaminated areas is difficult and omly open to professional research activities.
The new Japanese Secrets Law brought in at the end of 2013
On this he said that (aside form legal issues) there is “alot of self censorship in Japan to do with this disaster”
But he said that locals in Fukshima Prefecture have been incredibly helpful giving food, finacial support and property for laboratory analysis.
“There is an incidious form of censorship going on that most people are not tuned intoit and thats the fact that if you dont fund science – the resouces for research – it doesnt get done and (by) consequesnce questions are not asked and certainly not answered”
Lack of funding is the biggest form of censorship with this disaster.
He went on to say that on funding issues;
“I haven`t had a much luck with som of the conventional (funding) sources”
Chernobyl, new mice study
Last week Tim said he produced a study showing hightened prevelance of cataracts in the eyes of mice.
and that this was corroborated with an earlier study on birds.
Finding clues and evidence on previous relevant biosphere studies to date
A meta analysis is being done on previous studies looking into plant, animals and bacteria are adpting or evolving, on some level or other. Looking at all the evidence (including the issue of high U.V. radiation found on earth millions of years ago). His conclusions seem to point to the facts that the evolutionary response was “actually negative” and this report should be out in about a month. His earlier study on birds with Black pigment showed that some resiliance in a small amount of bird species was due to them using antioxidents to protect from gentic damage but that some cost. This might limit the lower antioxident levels left in these birds might cause problems for them to find mates and deal with environmental changes (such as climate change)
“Organisms can use these antioxidents to the mutational load OR use it to advertise to a mate or defend itself against some other diseases but there is this ultimate trade off that limits the success in one way or another”
Thermal regulation might be another factor due to this imbalance he said.
Chernobyl Heart – Fukushima heart?
We discussed pin holes found in babies even today in the contaminated areas of Belarus, Ukraine and Russia. Tim said that it is recognised that there are well documented cardio vascular damage in the areas of contamination and that he would check out this problem in the near future using samples he has collected already. (A previous article I have looked at some statistics and posits on this www.opednews.com/articles/The-manipulat…)
Issues on the decontamination and Top soil removal
We also discussed the issues of the damage to the environment by removing the living soil around houses and roads to reduce the geiger readings (dose). Tim also said that only limited top soil is removed and
“.. a superficial attempt to provide this appearencce of reduced contamination but it is not a solution to the area”
He went onto point out that the leaves and branches that fall will eventually cover these areas that are cleaned and a radioactive build up will re occour over time. He is running similar test into the issue found in Chernobyl with micro organisms not survivng and causing forest debris to build up (and causing wildfires etc). He is not sure if the levels and isotopic types found in Fukushima are going to cause the same problem that was found in Chernobyl but that he would know when an experiment he is running is concluded in the next few months or so.
Excellent video post! A Must See & great links provided from detail box: Prof Chris Busby has had concerning British nuclear test veterans in the UK & their battle with the UK Ministry of Defence & the Home Office. New parameters have been set allowing Prof Busby to challenge the MOD on the false science that they are trying to use to support their case against the nuclear test veterans. This is a first in the UK. This case now has the possibilities of opening up the questions concerning Depleted Uranium and other isotopes that have been deemed to be “low dose”. https://nuclear-news.net/
