A 5-ton Falcon 9 upper stage discarded by SpaceX is now headed toward the Moon, traveling at 5400 miles per hour, set to slam into the Moon on Tuesday or Wednesday August 4 – 5 (depending on your time zone) – 2:34 am US Eastern Time.

What these dysfunctional pseudo-scientist hooligans fail to consider is that Earth’s rotation and its seasons and climate are moderated and stabilized by the Moon. Earth’s creatures depend on the Moon. Ocean tides depend on the Moon. Attack and pollute the Moon, and it has a direct impact on the Earth. And that’s just from the purely selfish standpoint.

From a deeper perspective, all things are alive, and we are relatives of one another. The Moon is a sovereign living being and territory with rights. These are attacks on the Moon and life.
