  1. And the most dangerous insane nuclearist countries hoard it. Take japan. Major earthquakes every week. Major typhoons. The most radionuclide contaminated, fake country on the planet. Has hoards, of plutonium. The crap is valued at hundreds of dollars a gram. Should be negative millions of dollars per gram, for its risk and death.
