Where do I begin? Expect MORE leaks of highly radioactive water from the hundreds and hundreds of on site storage tanks built piss poor. The entire Pacific Ocean to be fully contaminated in 6 years? Qualification on that story, not sure they are using the right map on that one.. Trouble to remove the Highly Radioactive Damaged spent fuel rods in (simply reactor spent fuel pool #4 ALONE) that contains approx 14,000 Times the radiation from the single Hiroshima Bomb. Pacific Ocean already Boiling?… You’ll just have to see this report to believe all the problems they are having. Not to mention, they are mistreating employees… so they are also going to run out of workers. It’s suggested TEPCO step aside and let the government handle the ongoing crises. The problems they face seem insurmountable to overcome. Too many to even list…. WAY WAY WAY TOO MANY. (way to many to edit today, too)

Radiation readings spike at water tank at Japan’s ruined nuclear plant

Radiation at a tank holding highly contaminated water at Japan’s crippled Fukushima nuclear plant has spiked 18-fold, the plant’s operator said on Sunday.

Radiation of 1 800 millisieverts per hour – enough to kill an exposed person in four hours – was detected near the bottom of one storage tank on Saturday, Tokyo Electric Power Co , also known as Tepco, said.

An August 22 reading measured radiation of 100 millisieverts per hour at the same tank. A Tepco spokesman also said a new leak had been detected from a pipe connecting two other tanks.

The Fukushima plant was destroyed by a tsunami in March 2011 in the worst nuclear disaster since Chernobyl a quarter of a century earlier.

In 1973, the then Prime Minister of New Zealand, Norman Kirk, determined that the French Government where disregarding the World Court by continuing to test Nuclear Devices in the Pacific, namely at Mururoa Atoll (also pronounced Moruroa Atoll).

Mr Kirk sent a Government Representative the right honourable Fraser Colman, aboard the frigate HMNZS Otago, followed by the frigate HMNZS Canterbury to promote world opinion against nuclear testing.

STANDING ON THE DECK OF OTAGO, PRIME MINISTER KIRK PROMISED TO PROVIDE THE FULL RESOURCES OF NEW ZEALAND TO ENSURE THE SHIPS COMPANY WOULD BE LOOKED AFTER SHOULD THERE BE ISSUES AFTER RETURNING TO NEW ZEALAND.

Thank you for giving me ths opportunity to respond to the article which you have posted on your websites. I trust that you will post this letter with equal prominence. Fairfax is no longer publishing it, has accepted that I and Ashurst acted ethically and competently at all times, and has withdrawn and apologised for the suggestions in the article to the contrary.

Your article contains  a number of errors and says  anumber of false and damaging things about me. In particular, when I sent you the letter on 10th December 2012, I had no way of knowing who you were, as we were sending it to you as a domain name registrant. Your site appeared to be published by an organisation. Further, I at all times acted in accordance wit proper legal practise, and my professional obligations to my client.

I hope that you will rethink your decision to continue to publish incorrect and harmful allegations about me.
