  1. Well, a decent first step—better to simply repeal what was seemingly put through in appropriately, but an audit, if done well, will give a true financial picture from which the legislature can make decisions. Audits should probably be required for all but the smallest subsidies.

  2. Wrong question. Whether FENOC needed the bailout or not is irrelevant. The purchase price can not meet auction. Neither nuke can stand on it’s own. Too expensive, too dangerous, too dirty. Stop digging the this money pit, and shut them down.
