It seems fighting against environmental issues, nuclear madness and supporting peace strategies is not wanted on the web April/May 2017 Google algorythm changes. This has been widely reported by Democracy Now and many other websites! This is a quick video showing our blog getting hit as well. Bookmark https://nuclear-news.net/ before its to late! Evidence for the filtering is on this video;

Thank you Arclight – truly an enlightening post. As you compare the numbers reaching this site from Google search – it does indeed indicate a sort of squeezing out of our kind of independent news sharing. I think that it is outrageous. But still – something to be expected. I’ve wondered about Google, ever since they shut down a service that they used to have, enabling you to search the Blogs. They cut that out – now it’s only the News – all coming from mainstream media.
It surely seems time for all the independent and genuinely sceptical sites to network. Despite the sort of control being attempted in relation to Facebook etc – it’s still worth spreading the information, via social media. As far as nuclear issues go, there are some mainstream media that are not completely sucked in by the nuclear lobby – perhaps, we need to be feeding them as well. It’s time-consuming, but I’m considering making the effort to comment on articles.
Of course we are all up against the mainstream media’s blanketing with trivia, celebrity scandals, sports ad infinitum, and every silly little tweet made by Trump. Instead of documenting how the Republicans are systematically destroying America’s fragile democracy, journalists prefer to have fun laughing at the Twitter antics of that silly sociopath currently , but not for long, in the White House.
You still are found on top in searches I’ve done, probably because of your hard work. Now you are three working hard. You chose an easy link to remember. I’m glad someone is optimistic about Trump not being there for long. I don’t see anything being done. While what’s under him is less likely to set off nuclear war, they are more silent and sneaky snakes. Bread and circuses but no bread.
Many thanks for your comment! It would seem that at different times the algorythm filters more. Set at the 1 hr search option nuclear-news doesnt always make it to that search. I have noted this change over the past year. Now though there is a limit to 30 percent per day, nearly a fifty percent loss of google search. Its uncanny the way it works through he day.. We used to get natural variation so anything from 50 to 70 percent on a day to day basis but now exactly 30 percent within a very narrow margin of different (a few percent) .. Have a great holiday period! Regards Shaun
What a great comment!.. I am sure we will adapt to the new situation at any rate. Hugs Arclight2011
