First Nations and Allies Unite for a Non-Nuclear Ontario

On Nov. 8 – 9, 2017, First Nations and allies united to call for a phase-out of Ontario’s nuclear stations and a move to a 100% renewable future. They called on Premier Wynne to make a deal with Quebec to purchase its suplus renewable water power at a fraction of the cost of extending the Pickering or rebuilding the Darlington Nuclear Stations.
