SERCO is in financial trouble.
A little Background info.

SERCO runs the support services for the MOD, such as the Atomic Weapons
Establishment at Aldermaston, and operates four vessels transporting spent
nuclear fuel around the globe for reprocessing.

Now comes the sad news.

Serco profit fell 14% in 2016

Today their share price has just dropped to 116 pence.

That is from a high point of 545 pence in 2013.
