RADIATION LEAKING FROM IRAN’S NUKE EXPLOSION, WND, by REZA KAHLILI, 25 FEB 13, Islamic regime fears poisonous fallout clouds could hit cities Radiation is leaking from Iran’s nuclear facility at Fordow, which suffered devastating explosions on Jan. 21, WND has learned, and the regime has ordered millions of antidote iodine pills from Russia and Ukraine amid fears the radioactivity will spread.

Many of the personnel, who arrived after the explosion to assist with the cleanup at the site, have been taken to a military hospital suffering from headache, nausea and vomiting, according to a source in the security forces protecting Fordow.

A special team of nuclear experts was ordered to the site days ago, the source said, and detected high levels of radiation. The number of confirmed dead from the explosions has risen to 76, said the source, who provided exclusively to WND the names of 14 Iranian scientists and one North Korean who died in the blasts.

Security forces have arrested 17 high-ranking officers, including majors and colonels, over the incident and summarily executed Maj. Ali Montazernia, a member of the security forces in charge at Fordow.

The Islamic regime has put up a wall of silence surrounding the explosions, but with the possibility of radioactive fallout creating grave health and environmental disasters in the nearby holy city of Qom and other surrounding cities, it may not be able to maintain the secret, the source suggested.

WND reported exclusively on Jan. 24 that explosions rocked Iran’s nuclear facility at Fordow on Jan. 21, with updates on Jan. 27, 29, 30, 31, and Feb. 3, 6, 13 and 23. The blasts at first trapped 219 workers, including 16 North Koreans: 14 technicians and two military attaches.

Iran denied the incident, and its official news agency, IRNA, in a report, called WND a “mouthpiece of the CIA” and Reza Kahlili a CIA agent whose reporting was mere propaganda by the West. Regime media have also attacked Hamidreza Zakeri, a former officer of Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence, now living in Europe, who has provided information on the Fordow explosion and other valuable insights into the regime’s illicit nuclear activities.

In an unusual move on Jan. 29, the spokeswoman for the International Atomic Energy Agency, Gill Tudor, emailed reporters a brief statement: “We understand that Iran has denied that there has been an incident at Fordow. This is consistent with our observations.” When pushed by WND, however, Tudor could neither confirm nor deny the incident had taken place and would not say whether IAEA inspectors had visited the site after the explosions, despite some media reports that they had.

The IAEA’s latest report, released on Feb. 21, states that a physical inspection of Fordow was done between Nov. 26 and Dec. 3, well before the reported explosions. The report said that as of Feb. 17, Iran continued to feed hexafluoride gas into all four cascades of centrifuges at Fordow to enrich uranium, but this information was solely based on what Iranian officials told the U.N. nuclear watchdog.

Even the regime’s Fars News Agency, in covering the recent IAEA report, confessed to that by running this headline: “Fordow site is active, according to information provided by Iran to the IAEA.”

The Fars story reported, “The IAEA in part of its report verifies that the Fordow site, based on the Design Information Questioner filed by Iran, is active.”

The Fars story shows a high level of uncertainty even within Iran about whether Fordow suffered the explosions, WND’s source said, and the regime is trying to keep morale high for its forces and allies, because the Fordow explosions would show the regime’s deep vulnerability. Iranian officials have repeatedly lied about previous acts of sabotage, including the effect of the Stuxnet virus and the status of the Bushehr nuclear power plant. The BBC, in a Feb. 22 report, said the Bushehr plant has again been shut down and that Russia has confirmed it, despite the Iranian regime’s earlier denial……

Although the West has demanded Fordow be shut down as a precondition to easing sanctions, and though Iran has responded that it won’t comply, this is merely a political game, WND’s source said, in which the West knows what has happened at Fordow and is leaving a face-saving way out for Iran to still engage in dialogue to avoid further pressure. Despite this, the regime is actively trying to develop nuclear weapons at several secret sites.

Two from Physics University of Isfahan: Ahmad Abdolahipour and Alireza Parhizkar.
One from the University of Tabriz, Faculty of Physics: Hassan Soltan Nejad.
Three from Sharif University of Technology – The Center for Research of Physics: Faramarz Naghsh Ara, Hamid Boroostani and Saeid Fazeli.
One North Korean from the Atomic Research Center of Yongbyon: Chin-Hae Kang-Jun

WND will attempt to contact the families of the named deceased to further verify the report, although initial feedback verifies that the immediate families of the deceased are being monitored by Iranian regime security forces.

به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس، «یوکیا آمانو»، مدیرکل آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی گزارش جدید 12 صفحه‌ای خود درباره برنامه هسته‌ای ایران را بین اعضای شورای حکام آژانس توزیع کرد.

۲۰- بخش تحقیق و توسعه: از گزارش پیشین مدیر کل، ایران دو نمونه سانتریفیوژ (IR-6&IR-6S) را به طور متناوب و به صورت تک دستگاهی، گاز طبیعی هگزافلوراید اورانیوم تزریق کرده است. ایران همچنین به طور متناوب در حال تزریق گاز طبیعی هگزافلوراید اورانیوم داخل سانتریفیوژهای IR-2M و IR-4 است و گاهی به صورت تک دستگاه و گاهی به صورت آبشارهایی با سایزهای مختلف تزریق کرده است.

۲۱- ایران بین 12 نوامبر 2012 و 12 فوریه 2013 به طور مجموع تقریبا 469.2 کیلوگرم گاز طبیعی هگزا فلوراید به سانتریفیوژهایی در بخش تحقیق و توسعه تزریق کرده اما هیچ اورانیوم با درصد غنای پایین در پایان این روند خارج نشده است.

۲۲- بر اساس پرسش‌نامه اطلاعات طراحی به روز شده در تاریخ 6 فوریه 2013،‌ ایران به آژانس اطلاع داده که قصد آغاز خارج کردن محصولات از آبشارهای 4 و 5 دارد و بر خلاف گذشته به ترکیب آنها در پایان روند نمی‌پردازد. ایران و آژانس در حال بررسی چگونگی اصلاح اقدامات پادمانی هستند چون این پادمان‌ها در نتیجه تغییر در فعالیت این آبشارها نیازمند اصلاحات هستند. ایران موافقت کرده تا زمانی که این اقدامات پادمانی جایگزین نشود، عملیات را آغاز نکند.

۲۳- بر اساس نتایج تحلیل نمونه‌های محیطی گرفته شده در سایت غنی سازی فردو و دیگر فعالیت‌های راستی‌آزمایی، آژانس به این نتیجه رسیده که تاسیسات غنی‌سازی، همانطور که ایران در پرسشنامه اطلاعات طراحی اعلام کرده، عمل می‌کند.

D.2.-فردو

۲۴- سایت غنی‌سازی سوخت فردو: بر اساس پرسشنامه اطلاعات طراحی در تاریخ 18 ژانویه سال 2012، سایت غنی‌سازی سوخت فردو، سایت غنی‌سازی برای تبدیل هگزا فلوراید اورانیوم به اورانیوم تا 20 درصد غنی‌سازی شده بوده و تبدیل هگزافلوراید اورانیوم به اورانیوم با غنای 5 درصد غنی‌سازی شده است. همچنان اطلاعات بیشتری از ایران در رابطه با این تاسیسات به ویژه در سایه تفاوت میان هدف اولیه اعلام شده از این سایت و هدفی که هم اکنون از این سایت استفاده می‌شود، وجود دارد.

تاسیسات [فردو] که برای نخستین بار در سال 2011 عملیاتی شد، برای راه‌اندازی 2976 سانتریفیوژ در 16 آبشار بوده که بین واحد1 و واحد 2 تقسیم شده است. تا این تاریخ، تمامی سانتریفیوژهای نصب شده از نوع IR-1 هستند. ایران همچنان به آژانس درباره آبشارهایی که برای غنی‌سازی اورانیوم-235 تا غنای 5 درصد و غنی‌سازی اورانیوم-235 تا غنای 20 درصد اطلاع‌رسانی می‌کند.

۲۵- تا تاریخ 17 فوریه سال 2013، ایران همچنان تزریق به چهار آبشار ( متشکل از دو مجموعه دو آبشاری بهم مرتبط) از واحد 2 با هگزا فلوراید اورانیومی که تا اورانیوم 5 درصد غنی‌شده است، ادامه می‌دهد. به هیچکدام از 12 آبشار دیگر هگزا فلوراید اورانیوم تزریق نشده است.

۲۶- بین 17 نوامبر 2012 و 3 دسامبر 2012، آژانس راستی آزمایی فهرست اقلام فیزیکی در تاسیسات سایت فردو انجام داده و آن را راستی‌آزمایی کرده است و از تاریخ 17 نوامبر 2012، مجموع 769 کیلوگرم هگزا فلوراید اورانیوم تا اورانیوم با درصد غنای 5 درصد در سایت رسانده شده و از زمانی که تولید در سایت غنی‌سازی فردو در دسامبر 2011 آغاز شده، به سانتریفیوژهای این سایت تزریق شده است و 101.2 کیلوگرم از هگزافلوراید اورانیوم که تا اورانیوم 20درصد غنی‌سازی شده نیز تولید شده است. در نتیجه راستی آزمایی فهرست اقلام فیزیکی، آژانس با اقدامات عدم قطعیت که در این سایت همراه است،‌موجودی مواد هسته ای که ایران در 17 نوامبر سال 2012 اعلام کرده را راستی آزمایی کرده است.

۲۷- ایران برآورد کرده بین 18 نوامبر 2012 و 10 فوریه 2013، در مجموع 210.1 کیلوگرم از هگزافلوراید اورانیوم را به اورانیوم 5 درصد تبدیل کرده و به آبشارهای سایت غنی سازی فردو تزریق کرده است و حدود 28.7 کیلوگرم از هگزافلوراید اورانیوم را به اورانیوم 20درصد تبدیل کرده است. در مجموع از زمان آغاز تولید، 129.9 کیلوگرم اورانیوم 20 درصد غنی‌شده تولید شده است که 125.3 کیلوگرم از آن توسط آژانس راستی‌آزمایی شده است.

۲۸- بر اساس نتایج تحلیل نمونه‌های محیطی در سایت غنی‌سازی فردو و راستی‌آزمایی دیگر فعالیت‌ها، آژانس به این نتیجه رسیده که سایت [فردو] بر اساس همان چیزی که ایران در پرسشنامه اطلاعات طراحی برای سایت غنی‌سازی فردو اعلام کرده، فعالیت می‌کند.

D.3 دیگر فعالیت‌های غنی‌سازی‌های مربوطه

۲۹- ایران هنوز پاسخ اساسی به درخواست‌های آژانس برای اطلاعات بیشتر در رابطه با اعلام تهران برای ساخت 10 تاسیسات غنی‌سازی اورانیوم جدید که محل 5 سایت آن نیز مشخص شده، نداده است. همچنین ایران اطلاعات مورد درخواست آژانس در رابطه با اعلام تهران در تاریخ 7 فوریه سال 2010 درباره داشتن فناوری غنی‌سازی با لیزر ارائه نداده است. در نتیجه عدم همکاری ایران در این موضوعات، آژانس قادر به راستی‌آزمایی و ارائه گزارش کامل در این موضوعات را ندارد.

E- فعالیت‌های بازفرآوری

۳۰- متعاقب قطعنامه‌های مربوط شورای حکام و شورای امنیت، ایران ملزم شده تا فعالیت‌های بازفرآوری خود از جمله تحقیق و توسعه را متوقف کند. ایران اعلام کردکه فعالیت‌های بازفرآوری ندارد.

۳۱- آژانس به رصد کاربرد سلول‌های داغ در رآکتور تحقیقاتی تهران و سایت تولید مولیبدینوم، یودین و رادیو ایزوتوپ‌های زنون ادامه می‌دهد.

آژانس بازرسی و پرسشنامه اطلاع طراحی را در 12 فوریه 2013 در رآکتور تحقیقاتی تهران انجام داده و پرسشنامه اطلاعات طراحی درباره تاسیسات تولید مولیبدینوم، یودین و رادیو ایزوتوپ های زنون را در تاریخ 13 فوریه 2013 انجام داده‌ است. در رابطه با رآکتور تحقیقاتی تهران، تاسیسات تولید مولیبدینوم، یودین و رادیو ایزوتوپ های زنون که آژانس به آنها دسترسی دارد، آژانس می‌تواند تایید کند که فعالیت‌های بازفرآوری در حال انجام در ایران وجود ندارد.

F- پروژه‌های مربوط به آب سنگین

۳۲- بر خلاف قطعنامه‌های مربوط به شورای حکام و شورای امنیت، ایران فعالیت تمام پروژه‌های مربوط به آب سنگین را باید متوقف کند که از جمله ساخت رآکتور تحقیقاتی تعدیل شده در اراک (IR-40) است که تحت پادمان آژانس قرار دارد.

۳۳- در 11 فوریه سال 2013، آژانس پرسشنامه اطلاعات طراحی در رآکتور IR-40 اراک انجام داد و مشاهده کرد که نصب خنک‌کننده‌ها و چرخه پایپینگ تعدیل شده تقریبا تکمیل شده است. همانطور که در گزارش قبلی ارائه شد، ایران اعلام کرده که فعالیت رآکتور IR-40را در سه ماهه نخست سال 2014 آغاز خواهد کرد.

۳۴- از زمان بازدید از سایت تولید آب سنگین در تاریخ 17 آگوست سال 2011،‌ به آژانس اجازه دسترسی بیشتر به سایت داده نشده است. در نتیجه، آژانس بار دیگر فقط به تصاویر ماهواره‌ای که وضعیت سایت تولید آب سنگین را رصد می‌کنند، اتکا کرده است. بر اساس آخرین تصاویر، به نظر می‌رسد که عملیات احداث سایت برای عملیاتی شدن، ادامه می‌یابد.
