when I worked for pacific power and electric,we talked about all the problems edison electric had from the people edison electric was hiring,they did all kinds of stupid things,most were against the law,bell telephone took a beating at the hands of edison,so did all their customers,who had no idea of the criminal activies going on at the highist levels,buying politicans in sacramento to look the other way,BUT,short of the regulators in sacramento being put in prison,IT CAN’T BE FIXED……………….
