They kept running the nuclear power stations at 100% despite risk of levee failure and flooding, whereas most of the oil and gas industry/petrochemical plants slowed or shut down. If they are worried they are covering it up and this may be why they are covering it up – they are worried. I don’t think they are smart enough to be worried, though. If they are smart enough they are probably drunk or high.
