¶ Nevada must work to stay ahead of curve • The renewable energy industry has been a particularly bright spot in Nevada’s economy. ¶ Industry analysts are now forecasting that Australia may not hit its 2020 renewable energy target. If an annual shortfall occurs major energy players are required to pay penalties to the federal government. The additional costs are to be passed on to consumers. [Sydney Morning Herald]
