Prof Chris Busby discusses, informally, the increase in melanoma since the 1950`s, whilst having dinner..

It was some sort of meat stew.. not horse meat though!

He posits that sun causing cancer will be centred near the surface of the skin.. he says that in the case of hot particles the gamma/beta rays can penetrate to the bottom of the skin layers causing malignant melanoma… this he says coincides well with the statistics since bomb testing etc..

Bon Appetite!!

  1. Some time spent as a vegetable farmer.
Sunblock got you covered in a thick layer of dust and detritus – very unpleasant.
Flies like it, though, once your caked up & sweatty.
Only burnt once, as always (and that’s likely the dangerpoint), tanned the rest of the season.

Where do they come up with this crap, eh?
I know, let’s cover our bodies in chemicals then go out into direct sunlight; what can go wrong? 😐
