Questions on USA’s rising levels of ionising radiation

Radiation Levels Rising In The USA http://whtc.com/blogs/post/rkingman/2012/oct/03/radiation-levels-rising-usa/ by Red KingmanSo why are radiation levels on the rise here inthe United States? Why have governments all around the world RAISED the “safe levels” for radiation exposure? What happened on September 17th? Why did Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sign an agreement with Japan to continue pruchasing their seafood even though it is NOT being tested for radiation following the explosion and resulting release of radiation into the ocean? Why aren’t environmentalists up in arms over THIS, rather than trying to close all of the coal plants?
Does anyone have the answers to these questions?
