Cutting edge technology dispels the propaganda against renewable energy

So when I read the next diatribe opposing renewable power or questioning the science of climate change, I’ll think of these and other visionary businesses across Vermont that chose to do the right thing by Vermont’s economy, our local energy security and the health of the planet.

Businesses across the state see the light: Rutland Herald Online, SUSAN ALLEN   September 26, 2010 I’ve been reading with dismay recent commentaries that try, for reasons I cannot fathom, to discredit the renewable energy industry, to turn back the clock and question the proven science of climate change. And I literally shake my head at how hard it is to get some (thankfully not all) in government to recognize the economic benefits offered by these cutting-edge projects.
Fortunately, I recently stumbled upon several stories — all from Vermont’s business community — proving that despite the worst intentions of some, Vermont’s best intentions still manage to prevail. Here are three such stories.
Farm-Way Inc. of Bradford, ………installed 308 solar panels on a nearby field,…….Farm-Way went further,….. How cool is that?
…..National Life Group, headquartered in Montpelier…became a laboratory for “green” technology —…. installed a rooftop array of 418 photovoltaic panels, as well as 28 solar thermal panels to heat water…….
How cool is that?

Maclay Architects design, among other things, net-zero energy buildings…..a 17.55-kW photovoltaic array was installed….How cool is that?
