IAEA spruiking nukes to Aranb Nationa
IAEA Holds Nuclear Forum for Arab Nations NTI, Jan. 20, 2010 The International Atomic Energy Agency has organized a conference this week in Jordan on nuclear issues for Arab nations with an interest in atomic energy, the Jordan Times reported (see GSN, Dec. 10, 2009)……………. This week’s technical conference is the first to take place in the Middle East, according to agency officials.
The following countries are taking part in the conference: Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen (Taylor Luck, Jordan Times/Middle East North Africa Financial Network, Jan. 19).
