Just as many woman-psychopaths as men, maybe more!!
A prime example would have been psychopathic witch Hillary Clinton (“We came, we saw, he died! Hahahaha!”), who said she considered an (imagined and unproven) act of cyber warfare by Russia sufficient to deserve a full military response. Which is why she lost to Trump. Nobody wants WWIII, even if started by a woman.
Gender is irrelevant. I think most women are smart enough to see that there are lots of not-so-nice women in the world, and some that are nice. This is identity politics that overgeneralizes gender.
And let’s not forget another woman Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright saying the death of 500,000 children was “worth it.” https://fair.org/extra/we-think-the-price-is-worth-it/
