  1. I am new on the site. I was just trying to confirm the new about a bigger leaking on reactor 2. My interest is just familiar concerns
    Who were taking this data? And when exactly. Sorry, just to get the idea of the real problem .

    • The data would be coming from activists on the ground in Fukushima prefecture that regularly post reading looking for hotspots that go unreported.. we pass many of the higher reading to SAFECAST for further investigation.. The “new bigger leak” does not exist there was a reading inside the reactor vessel for the first time in 6 years and that was misreported by the main stream media.. you can check out the nuclear hotseat interview with Nancy Faust for claryfication of that situation .. these geiger readings are a seperate issue of contamination that the government wants to ignore to mitigate compensation payments.. I hope this clarifies the situation for you .. Now I need to sort out the website because it has been hacked 😦 Namaste

    • There is no new leaking or no new radiation spike in reactor 2. It is just that they could now get deeper into the reactor to take measure that they could not do before. That radiation level has always been there since 2011 but could not be reached to be measure there before….
